Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ClaimVision and its products including QuoteSnap and ShopSupp you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms do not use ClaimVision.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClaimVision Inc., a company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Description of Service
ClaimVision provides AI-assisted tools for Canadian auto body shops:
QuoteSnap — A customer-facing photo intake tool that collects vehicle and damage information, analyzes submitted photos, and generates rough AI-assisted repair estimate drafts for shop review.
ShopSupp — An insurance estimate review tool that analyzes uploaded estimate PDFs, identifies potentially missing or undervalued repair operations, and generates supplement justification drafts for estimator review.
Custom automations — Workflow automation services scoped and built individually for qualifying shops.
Important Disclaimers About AI-Generated Content
QuoteSnap estimates are drafts, not final quotes.
Estimates generated through QuoteSnap are AI-assisted drafts based on customer-submitted photos and information. They are intended as a starting point for estimator review only. Final repair quotes must be completed by a qualified estimator or appraiser after proper in-person inspection. ClaimVision makes no representation that QuoteSnap estimates are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.
ShopSupp supplements are drafts, not guaranteed approvals.
Supplement documentation generated through ShopSupp is AI-assisted draft content based on uploaded insurance estimate PDFs and ClaimVision's knowledge base of OEM repair procedures and industry standards. ShopSupp does not guarantee supplement approval, replace estimator judgment, or automatically submit anything to insurers. All supplement decisions, submissions, and negotiations must be completed by a qualified estimator or shop representative. ClaimVision makes no representation that supplement amounts will be approved by any insurer.
AI limitations.
ClaimVision's AI tools may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. Photo quality, document formatting, and other factors affect output quality. Always have a qualified professional review AI-generated content before acting on it.
